Students of Dundlod Girls' School, Balwantpura Honoured at District and Sub-Division Level

Balwantpura, January 27, 2025: The 76th Republic Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura. On this occasion, chief guest Rahul Ranwa and Principal Indu Soni hoisted the national flag.
The school students participated in the Dance Competition held at Swarn Jayanti Stadium, Jhunjhunu, showcasing their talent and winning the competition. Jhunjhunu Collector Ramavatar Meena awarded them for their achievement.
Additionally, at the Republic Day ceremony organised at the Surya Mandal in Nawalgarh, Dundlod Girls’ School was honoured by the SDM, Nawalgarh for securing first position in the Asian Dance Championship held in Nepal.
On the occasion, the SDM stated, “We are very pleased to see the talent and enthusiasm of the students of Dundlod Girls’ School as they have brought pride to the state as well as nation on international level.”

D.G.S. Student Aviha Tomar Excels in Math Olympiad

Balwantpura, 16 January 2025, Aviha Tomar, a talented Class 3 student of Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, achieved an outstanding score of 97.56% in the first stage of the Math Olympiad, securing her place in the second stage. Aviha’s remarkable performance has created a joyful atmosphere in the school.

This achievement reflects the dedicated guidance of her mathematics teacher, Aviha’s hard work and her commitment to excellence. With this success, Aviha will now have the opportunity to showcase her talent in the second stage of the Math Olympiad.

Dundlod Girls' School, Balwantpura Won The 'International Dance Competition.

Balwantpura, December 30, 2024: On December 29, Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, located in Jhunjhunu, achieved first position in the ‘International Dance Championship’ at the Asian Dance Summit held in Kathmandu, Nepal. By showcasing exceptional performance in classical and semi-classical dance categories, the school brought pride not only to Rajasthan but also to India on the international stage.

The school principal, Indu Soni shared that under the guidance of dance mentor Swati, a team of eight students mesmerised thousands of spectators and judges with their brilliant performance. The competition saw participation from 42 dance teams from various countries.

The team included Trisha Choudhary, Ishani, Aradhya Choudhary, Twesha Joshi, Jhanvi Chotia, Mahi Choudhary, Trisha Verma and Aradhya Lal. Dance mentor Swati Kumawat was honoured with the Best Choreographer and Anushruti Awards.

On this occasion, Secretary B.L. Ranwa congratulated the Dundlod Girls’ School family for this remarkable achievement. He emphasised that such events provide students with opportunities to learn about diverse cultures and showcase their talents on an international platform.

The students will be given a grand welcome upon their return to India at Delhi Airport.

D.G.S. Student Deepika Saharan to Participate in National Training Camp

Balwantpura, December 22, 2024
Deepika Saharan, a resident student of Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, has been selected to participate in the training camp for the 68th National School Games Shooting Competition. She will compete in the Under-19 Girls category for 10-meter Air Pistol shooting.

The school’s shooting coach, Priyanka Jhana, shared that Deepika’s selection for the National Training Camp is a significant achievement. The camp will be held from December 24 to December 26, 2024, at Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Rampura Roopa, Tonk Phatak (Jaipur).

School Principal Mrs. Indu Soni congratulated Deepika on her selection and wished her a bright future. She expressed hope that Deepika would continue to excel in sports with such remarkable performances.

Annual Sports Meet Inaugurated at D.G.S. (Event was graced by Olympian athlete Sapna Poonia)

The Annual Sports Meet 2024 commenced at Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, on December 21, 2024. The event was graced by Olympian athlete Sapna Poonia as the chief guest and Anil Poonia (coach) as the special guest. The program began with Mrs. Sapna Poonia lighting the ceremonial lamp. On this occasion, the students presented a lamp invocation, yoga performances and dance recitals.
Following the ceremonial flag hoisting by the chief guest, the competitions officially began. Students showcased their talents in a variety of sports events, including sack race, three-legged race, shoe-and-socks race, hula-hoop race, balancing stone race, hurdle race, single-leg race, zig-zag race and more.
While addressing the gathering, Olympian Sapna Poonia praised the school for providing exceptional sports facilities such as swimming, horse riding, shooting etc. which are rare even in metropolitan schools. She also commended the students for their outstanding performances.
The institution’s secretary, Mr. B.L. Ranwa, honoured the guests with mementos and emphasised the school’s commitment to promoting sports alongside education for the bright future of the students. Asian Dance Competition to be attended by Dundlod Girls' School Students in Kathmandu (Nepal)

Balwantpura, December 17, 2024: A team of 8 students from Dundlod Girls’ School will participate in the Asian Dance Competition to be held in Kathmandu (Nepal). School Principal Mrs. Indu Soni informed that under the guidance of dance instructor Swati Kumawat and teacher Priya Saini, students Trisha, Ishani, Tvesha, Jahnavi, Aaradhya, Mahi, Trisha Verma and Aaradhya Lal will travel to Kathmandu for the competition.

The event is scheduled to take place in Kathmandu (Nepal) from December 28, 2024 to January 1, 2025. Dance instructor Swati Kumawat shared that participants from various countries will compete in this event.

The Dundlod Girls’ School team will embark on a five-day tour, with excellent accommodations arranged at a five-star hotel. Institute Secretary Mr. B.L. Ranwa expressed happiness, stating that it is a matter of pride for the school that its students will represent the country’s culture through dance in Nepal.

DPS and DGS Students Showcased Skills at Adventure Camp and Participated in Educational Tour

Dundlod, December 17: The students from pre-primary and primary sections of Dundlod Public School and the students of Dundlod Girls’ School participated in an Adventure Camp under the supervision of in-charges Suman Lata and Manjeet Kaur. The children displayed remarkable energy and enthusiasm as they engaged in activities such as zip-lining, roller, wall climbing, trampoline, dancing bamboo, alpha cross, diagonal rope ladder, boogie-woogie, commando net, double rope bridge, rope ladder, laser beam, tug of war, and archery board. They also enjoyed fun events like tent pitching, Australian trolley, hamster wheel, bouncy rides and the hoopla contest during the Fun Olympics segment.

In addition, students from classes 6 to 8 went on an educational tour to Harsh Hill in Sikar district, led by tour in-charge Rekha Swami. They explored the historical significance, geographical features and medicinal plants native to the region. The students also observed the windmills located there and gained insights into their functioning.

DPS Jhunjhunu Alumna Happy Kumari Selected for India Under-19 Women's Cricket Team

Happy Kumari, an alumna of Dundlod Public School, Jhunjhunu, has been selected for the India Under-19 Women’s Cricket Team. Principal Dr. Satbir Singh shared that Happy Kumari, who studied at the school from Nursery to Class 10 (2010 to 2023), has brought pride to the region and the state with this achievement.
Happy Kumari, now an international cricket player, was not only an exceptional athlete during her school days but also excelled academically. Her dedication and passion for the game were commendable, which has ultimately led her to reach this pinnacle. She will now travel to Malaysia to participate in the Asia Cup, starting on December 15, 2024

Under the Student Exchange Program, Tamil Nadu Students Arrive at D.G.S.

Balwantpura, 17 November 2024: A group of students from Tamil Nadu arrived on Saturday at Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, as part of a student exchange program. This initiative provides students with an opportunity to learn about various cultures and educational systems. School Principal, Indu Soni, mentioned that students from Akshara Vidya Mandir, Trichy, Tamil Nadu will gain insights into study techniques and experiences at D.G.S., as well as visit various cultural sites.

According to the schedule, the students attended classes on Saturday and on Sunday, November 17, they visited Tal Chhapar Sanctuary and Salasar Balaji Temple. On November 18, they will attend classes at the school and on November 19, 2024 will explore sites in Pilani, including BITS Pilani, Saraswati Temple, Panchwati and the Museum.

The program’s objective is to shape students into global citizens while giving them a chance to learn about different regional cultures. School Secretary B.L. Ranwa said, “We are delighted to have the students from Tamil Nadu at our school. This program will enhance collaboration in education and culture between both institutions, offering students a close look at the diverse cultures of our country.”

Sharing their experiences, students from Trichy, Tamil Nadu expressed their joy at having the opportunity to study at D.G.S. and learn about its educational system. They appreciated the school for organising cultural site visits, which introduced them to the lifestyle and culture of Rajasthan. They extended an invitation to the school’s students to visit them in the South, promising to showcase the rich South Indian culture.

‘Mridangam - 2024’ Organised at DGS Balwantpura (M.G.P.S., Jaipur Emerged as Winner)

Balwantpura, October 26, 2024: The ‘Mridangam – 2024′ event was held at Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura on October 25, 2024 (Friday), where over 300 participants from 25 teams across various cities of Rajasthan like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer, Sikar and Bharatpur participated enthusiastically. The chief guest of the event was Dr. Ashok Chaudhary (Senior Doctor) with H.C. Gupta (Unit Head, Shri Cement) as the distinguished guest and Sultan Singh Ranwa, Chairman of Dundlod Educational Institution. The guests inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. Principal Indu Soni mentioned that the primary purpose of ‘Mridangam – 2024’ was to provide a platform for students to showcase their hidden dance talents.

The jury included Bhopal’s Kathak dancer Ravi Verma, who recently registered his name in the Guinness World Records along with Pankaj Sharma (Professional Ballet Dancer, Jaipur) and Nutan Naruka (Bharatanatyam Trainer, Jaipur). All participants presented captivating dance performances. In the competition, M.G.P.S. Jaipur secured first place, Dundlod Public School, Seetsar achieved second place and Shri Shyam Vidya Niketan School, Dundlod took third place. The winners were awarded cash prizes of ₹11,000, ₹7,100 and ₹5,100 respectively along with trophies.

Trisha Verma emerged to be the state level position holder by acquiring the bronze medal.In the 68th State -Level Competitions held at US Ostwal International School Mangalwad, Chittorgarh from 26th September to 2nd October. Displaying exceptional excellence under 17 category, 50 metre freestyle swimming competition Trisha bagged the Bronze Medal. The unabated mentorship of swimming coach Shikha Kohal paid off. Secretary Dundlod Sikshan Sansthan Mr BL Ranwa stated the achievements as remarkable. Wishing for a bright future ahead Mr Ranwa praised Trisha for her consecutive success as she represented Jhunjhunu district in the state level and won gold in the district level bringing glory to the school.

Soaring to New Heights. 9 DGS Students Selected for State-Level Shooting and Swimming tournament.

Students of Dundlod Girls’ School Balwantpura are all set to soar.
Mrs Indu Soni ,Principal Dundlod Girls’ School announced that 9 students from the school have been selected for the state -level swimming and shooting competitions.
Under the prior mentorship of swimming coach Shikha Kohal ,Trisha Verma bagged gold  in 50 m freestyle event and secured first position in the 100 metre freestyle time trial at district level swimming competition Under 17. This impressive performance earned her a spot in the state level competition.
Simultaneously ,under the skillful hand of shooting coach Priyanka Jana , the emerging shooters excelled too.
In 10 meter Air pistol shooting Anushree,Mahi and Navya acquired all the positions under 14 category. Aradhya Lal and Charul Jakhar under 17 category whereas Deepika, Himanshi and Yati qualified under 19 category for the state -level competitions.

Dundlod Girls’ School preserves the legacy of excellence with utmost dignity. In the 68th District 10m rifle and pistol shooting competition organised by Jhunjhunu Academy, the DGS-ians once again won three medals. Under 19 category Deepika bagged gold with 175 points, Himanshi bronze with 150 points and Yati Sharma secured the 4th position with 133 points.
Under 17 category Aaradhya Lal obtained bronze with 172 points where as Charul Jakhar with 136 points seized the 4th position. Qualifying for the state level tournament these students are fuelled with high spirits.
Mentor Priyanka Jana has left no stone unturned with her diligent efforts and mentorship fostering these participants. Jaipur Dominates Cluster Table Tennis Tournament, Wins Five Out of Six Gold Medals

Dundlod, 24 September 2024. On the third and final day of the CBSE Table Tennis Cluster Tournament held at Dundlod Public School, Dundlod, the final and individual matches were played today.

CBSE Supervisor Dipendra Pratap Singh, providing the results, informed that in the team competition finals, in the 14-year-old boys’ category, BVB Vidyashram Jaipur defeated Central Academy Udaipur; in the 14-year-old girls’ category, My Own School Jaipur defeated Central Academy Udaipur; in the 17-year-old boys’ category, Neerja Modi School Jaipur defeated Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram Jaipur; in the 17-year-old girls’ category, My Own School Jaipur defeated Nosgay Public School Sriganganagar; in the 19-year-old boys’ category, My Own School Jaipur defeated Maheshwari Public School Jaipur; and in the 19-year-old girls’ category, Bakshi Springdale School defeated St. Xavier’s School Jaipur to claim the title.

Similarly, in individual singles competitions, in the 19-year-old boys’ category, Saurabh Kapoor from My Own School Jaipur defeated Jayshree Periwal School Jaipur; in the 19-year-old girls’ category, Samaira Sharma from St. Xavier’s School Jaipur defeated Priyanshi Sharma from Bakshi Springdale Kota; in the 17-year-old boys’ category, Arinjay Kuchal from Neerja Modi School Jaipur defeated Bhavesh Puniya from Prince Academy Sikar; in the 17-year-old girls’ category, Jayshree Periwal School Jaipur defeated Navda Singh from My Own School Jaipur; in the 14-year-old boys’ category, Aarav Acharya from Modern School Jaipur defeated Bhavit Singh from My Own School Jaipur; and in the 14-year-old girls’ category, Adishree from My Own School Jaipur defeated Samriddhi Dangi from Central Academy Udaipur to win the gold medal.

The chief guest for the award distribution and closing ceremony, Shri Shyam Kumar Kapoor, Regional Director, CBSE Ajmer, in his address, congratulated Principal G. Prakash, School Secretary B.L. Ranwa and the entire DPS family for successfully organising the event in such a short time. He emphasised that participating in sports instills discipline, dedication and happiness in children. He urged all the coaches to train these talented players so that one day they can participate in national and international competitions and make the country proud.

School Secretary B.L. Ranwa expressed his gratitude and said that the entire DPS family deserves thanks for making this event successful. He also thanked all the coaches and players from outside for maintaining discipline throughout. Encouraging the players, he said that the goal should be challenging and motivating.

Positive Thoughts Require a Healthy Body and Mind: Jhabbar Singh Kharra

Dundlod, 21 September 2024. Rajasthan’s Minister of Urban Development and Housing (Independent Charge), Jhabbar Singh Kharra attended the CBSE Cluster Table Tennis Tournament 2024 as the chief guest at Dundlod Public School on 22nd September 2024.

Encouraging the athletes, Kharra emphasised the importance of a healthy body and mind for positive thinking. He urged the players to foster a sense of fair competition and to embody Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a “Clean India, Healthy India” through sports. He stressed the importance of maintaining discipline and playing the game in the right spirit.

During the event, Kharra also inaugurated the student exhibition, “Our Jhunjhunu – Our Pride,” which showcased major landmarks of Jhunjhunu district. He paid tribute to Param Vir Chakra recipient Major Havildar Piru Singh Shekhawat and the district’s founder, Saint Jhunjhar Singh, assuring that their memories would be preserved and developed.

Following the exhibition, Kharra hoisted the CBSE and Dundlod Public School flags, administered the oath of duty and loyalty to all participants and officially commenced the tournament.

Vikram Singh Jakhal, the local MLA who presided over the event, praised Dundlod Public School, calling it the pride of Jhunjhunu district. He noted that CBSE teams from across Rajasthan had gathered here, creating an opportunity for cultural exchange. He expressed pride in Dundlod Public School’s selection as the host for the continuous CBSE Cluster tournaments.

The emerging shooters from DGS have crossed yet, another milestone towards the next level in the under-14 age category 10 metre air pistol shooting tournament which was held in Jhunjhunu Academy on 15 th September 2024.The DGS-ians have clutched all positions qualifying for the under-14 shooting tournament at the State level. Anushree bagged the gold with 158 points as the highest, Mahi silver with 156 points, Navya bronze with 153 points and Pallavi secured the 4 th position with 146 points. On a fair pace to create history the DGS-ians are ascending. Hard work under the guidance of shooting coach Priyanka Jana has paid off. Principal Mrs Indu Soni felicitated the winners, congratulating them for their success.The Champions were overwhelmed with good wishes from Secretary Dundlod Sikshan Sansthan Mr B.L. Ranwa. In addition he appreciated their skills inspiring to hone in order for many more achievements.

DGS Balwantpura Swimmers Won Medals in District Competition

Balwantpura, September 9. The 68th District-Level Swimming Competition was held at Birla School, Pilani, on September 8, 2024. The 14-year-old students from Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura gave an outstanding performance and secured a total of 4 medals.
Principal Indu Soni reported that the school’s swimming team included Mansavi, Toyantika, Yashasvi Dular, Pratibha, and Sakshi Kataria. In the 50 meters freestyle, Pratibha won a silver medal and Toyantika earned a bronze medal. Similarly, in the 50 meters breaststroke, Sakshi Kataria won a silver medal and Toyantika again secured a bronze medal. In the 50 meters backstroke, Yashasvi Dular and Mansavi delivered excellent performances in the time trials.
Upon the students’ return to school, Sports Coordinator Shikha Khohal and Secretary Mr. B.L. Ranwa, along with Director Rahul Ranwa, welcomed them and encouraged them to continue their excellent performance in the future.

On August 15th 2024 Dundlod Girls’ School celebrated the 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism . The event was a tribute to the sacrifices of our freedom fighters and a celebration of our nation’s sovereignty.
The program began with the hoisting of the national flag by the chief guest Shree Chetan Ji Maharaj followed by national anthem.
Various cultural events were held on this auspicious occasion. The DGSians showcased their latent potentials through eloquent poem recitation ,mesmerising dance performances and soothing song presentations ,depicting Indian culture and heritage.
The Chief guest Shri Chetan Nath Ji Maharaj delivered a speech emphasising the significance of independence and role of women in nation building. Mrs Indu Soni Principal Dundlod Girls ’ School reminded us of our nation’s rich history and sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. Honorable Secretary, Dundlod Shikshan Sansthan Mr B. L. Ranwa gave a voice towards the importance of girl education with extra curricular activity including sports. The words of encouragement and vigour ignited minds.
The Independence Day celebration was a grand success with active participation from parents who joyfully added grace to it. The earnest endeavor of students, teachers and staff were substantial .As an emerging and flourishing institution Dundlod Girls’ School pledges for a better and brighter future of independent India.

Tree Plantation at Dundlod Girls' School

Balwantpura, July 4th: As part of the Mission 5000 initiative, a tree plantation event was organised at Dundlod Girls’ School in Balwantpura on Thursday. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Shri Babulal Ji (Regional Campaigner, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh). The special guests included Shri Mukesh Ji (Department Campaigner, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), Shri Akshay Ji (District Campaigner, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh), Shri Sunil Gupta (Vice President Commercial, Shree Cement), Shri H.C. Gupta (Unit Head, Shree Cement) and Shri V.K. Mishra (HR, Shree Cement).

On this occasion, Chief Guest Shri Babulal Ji initiated the tree plantation program by educating the students about the correct techniques of planting trees and water conservation.

Secretary Shri B.L. Ranwa stated that as part of the tree plantation campaign, every student and staff member is required to plant at least one tree within a year and take care of it for five years. Students whose trees are found to be the healthiest after five years will be honoured with the Environment Hero Award.

Director Rahul Ranwa, Principal Indu Soni, and other staff members were also present on this occasion.

Dundlod Public School, Dundlod Students And Staff Members Planted Saplings

5000 saplings are to be planted in seven days by the students and staff members of Dundlod Group of Schools.

In an effort to promote environmental conservation, Dundlod Group of Education initiated an environmental protection campaign from 02 July 2024 to 08 July 2024. As part of this campaign, students of Dundlod Public School, Dundlod participated in a tree plantation activity.

B.L. Ranwa, Secretary, Dundlod Group of Schools stated that from this year onwards, every student shall be motivated to plant a sapling as a part of the tree plantation campaign. The students will also be responsible for the care of their trees. Over five years, each student will plant five trees. Regardless of whether the student continues their education at the school or has graduated, they need to send a video of their trees condition to the school each year. Students whose trees are the healthiest and most vibrant after five years will be honoured at school and shall be awarded with Environment Hero Prize.

On this occasion, School’s principal, along with staff members and students, planted saplings on the school campus and pledged to take care of them.

Secretary B.L. Ranwa added that over the next seven days, the tree planting will continue in phases. Various competitions will educate students on the methods and benefits of tree plantation and how to encourage others to participate.

All students have been given the task of planting one tree with their families at home, in their neighborhood or in public places and send a video of the process to the school group.

Sapling plantation campaign of Dundlod Group of Schools started

5000 saplings will be planted in eight days in which every student, staff and parents will be connected.
Dundlod Group of Schools has not only started a tree plantation campaign while maintaining social concern, rather a historic decision has been taken to run it for years. Group Secretary BL Ranwa started this plantation campaign on Tuesday from Dundlod Public School campus located on Mandawa Road of the district headquarters.
On this occasion, school children and staff members from principal to peon planted saplings on the school campus and took a pledge to take care of them. Secretary Mr BL Ranwa said that not only plantation will be done in a phased manner during eight days but children shall also be taught the methods, benefits of planting trees and how to encourage others through various competitions to be held in as CCA on Saturday. Mr BL Ranwa said that the school management has decided to also plant saplings on the campus of Dundlod Public School, Dundlod and Dundlod Girls School, Balwantpura.
After this, a target has been given to all the children that they will plant one sapling each with their family at their home, in the neighborhood or in public places, make a video of it and send it to school. In this way, this time it has been decided to plant five thousand saplings in the coming eight-ten days.
Secretary further added that it will be mandatory for every student to plant a sapling from this year. It will be his responsibility to take care of its essence. In such a situation, a child will plant five trees in five years. Every year you will have to make a video of the condition of your plant and send it to the school. The plant which will be the healthiest and greenest for five years, school will honor him/ her with Paryavaran Veer Award.

Students Shine at DGS Summer Camp Competition

Balwantpura, 31st May* – The Dundlod Girls’ School in Balwantpura concluded its 15 day summer camp with an awards ceremony on Friday. The chief guest for the event was Dr. Monika (MD, Senior Dermatologist, SMS Jaipur) an alumna of DPS Dundlod.

Principal Indu Soni reported that the summer camp included activities such as horse riding, shooting, swimming and dance. The participation was impressive with 125 students in swimming, 80 in shooting, 50 in dance and 40 in horse riding. The activities were divided into three groups: Group 1 for classes 2 to 5, Group 2 for classes 6 to 8 and Group 3 for classes 9 to 12.

Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura celebrated its Annual Day on 28th January 2024.

The chief guest of the function was UDH Minister Mr. Jhabar Singh Kharra, CBSE Ajmer Regional Officer Mr. Shyam Kapoor consented to be the president of the function. Former Municipality President Mr. Surendra Saini and Municipality Vice President Mr.Kailash Chotiya were the special guests on this occasion.

D.G.S. girls will go to Malaysia.

Two students of Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura will go to Malaysia
to study the educational system, culture and historical heritage of
Malaysia.
Students Mahi and Deepika will leave with Academic Director Ms. Asha
Poonia on 21st December as part of a five-day programme.

Under this programme, students will visit The British International School
of Kuala Lumpur and Mont’ Kiara International School, Kuala Lumpur in
Malaysia to study their educational system.

For the study of cultural and historical heritage they will visit various
places like: Petrosains-The Discovery Centre, National Science Centre,
National Museum, Taman Negara National Park,Menara Kuala Lumpur,
KidZania, Mah Meri Cultural Village, Petronas Twin Towers, National
elephant conservation center etc.

Institution Secretary Mr. B.L. Ranwa said that it is a matter of great
happiness for the school that in the first year itself, the students of the
school are going to participate in various programmes abroad.

DGS won medals in swimming Balwantpura 09 September 2023.


The 67th District Level Swimming Competition was organized at Birla
Girls Public School, Pilani on 08.09.2023, in which the students of
Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura performed brilliantly and captured a
total of 7 medals in under 14 years age group.


School Principal Indu Soni said that Mahi, Manasvi, Toyantika and Advika
included in the school team got first position in the relay time trial.
Student Toyantika got silver medal in 50 meter back stroke and bronze
medal in 50 meter free style. Student Manasvi got bronze medal in 50
meter back stroke.

Germany’s Skora team visited Dundlod Group of Schools


A 15-member of SCORA team from Germany visited Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, Dundlod Public School, Dundlod and Sitsar. SCORA is an international organization of schools that works to create awareness among students against racism, apartheid and any kind of discrimination. Schools in Israel, America and India are especially active for this. Ms. Muhterem Aras and Dr. Frank Knopper are the patrons of SCORA.

This organization tries to present the mantra of international unity in diversity in a meaningful form among the students. In this, students learn the culture and traditions of different countries. This ensures the path of their progress in future. Under the leadership of Dr. Martin, Anjelica, Jain, Dr. Mukesh Kumar and Harendra Kumar Sharma, this team participated in the Townhall program in the auditorium of Dundlod Public School, Dundlod. Students asked interesting questions regarding their culture, games and higher education.

Dundlod Girls' School yet again sets a new milestone in the academic excellence

On 21 March 2024, DGS sets a new record in Science Promotion Orient Test (SPOT). SPOT exam in-charge Ms Gayatri Nirban stated that the school’s class 3rd student Aarohi Srivastava, Aaradhya Chaudhary of class 4th and Himanshi of class 5th have qualified for the National Spot Prelims 2023-24 by performing brilliantly in the conducted test.
Principal Indu Soni congratulated the students and wished them a bright future. School Director Ms Asha Poonia congratulated the students as well and said that these results are encouraging for the girls and such astonishing results determine their destiny.

Selection of NCC Cadets – Nawalgarh @ Patrika.


As per the instructions of 3 Raj Battalion NCC Sikar, recruitment
examination of NCC cadets was organized in DGS, Balwantpura, in which
35 cadets were selected. The Principal of DGS, Balwantpura, Indu Soni
congratulated the selected cadets. School Secretary Mr. B L Ranwa said
that NCC is the first step for participation in the Indian Army. All our
selected cadets will undergo training in complete discipline and will
participate in the defence of the country.

DGS announces SUMMER CAMP from 16th May 2024. Former DPS, Dundlod student to inaugurate the event.

We are delighted to announce that DGS, Balwantpura is organising the Summer Camp 2024 (only for girls) from 16th May 2024 to 31st May 2024 on the school campus. This camp promises to be a fantastic opportunity for girls from grade II to grade XII to engage in enriching activities and create lasting memories.
 
Additionally, we welcome any girl child studying elsewhere who wishes to join us in this exciting journey.
 
During this Summer Camp, participants will have the opportunity to participate in the following activities- Shooting, Swimming, Horse Riding and Dance. Each child may participate in the maximum of two activities based on her interests and preferences.
 
Furthermore, we are honoured to announce that Dr Monika, an esteemed alumna of Dundlod Public School, Dundlod currently serving as Agriculture Officer, Govt. of Rajasthan, has graciously consented to be the Chief Guest at the opening ceremony of the Summer Camp. Her presence will undoubtedly add the joy and inspiration to this event.

Best out of waste competition organised in Dundlod Girls’ School Balwantpura on 07 December.

In this competition all girls students participated enthusiastically. In the competition, the students created some unique artefacts using waste items.


In the junior category of the competition, Aviha Tomar stood first, Himanshi stood second and Aarohi stood third position. In the senior
category, Mahi stood first, Yati stood second and Bhoomi stood third position.


Principal Indu Soni appreciated the work done by the students and said
that every useless thing has its utility, hence we should not consider any
thing as useless, we should follow the rule of 3 R’s i.e, Reduce Reuse and
Recycle.


Aviha Tomar got first place on the occasion of Independence Day.


Aviha Tomar, a second class student of the school got first position in
the cultural program organised on the occasion of Independence Day
2023 held at Surya Mandal, Nawalgarh by giving a splendid presentation
on Shiva Stuti. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ms. Suman Sonal honoured her
by giving certificate and memento.

Dundlod Girls’ School waves the flag high in Shooting Balwantpura, 21 September, 2023.


The 67th district-level 10-meter rifle and pistol shooting competition was held at Kids Garden Senior Secondary School, Pilani, on September 21, 2023. The students of Dundlod Girls’ School, Balwantpura, gave a splendid performance in the under 14 years age category, securing a total of 3 medals.


School Principal Indu Soni mentioned that in the school’s team, Adwika won the gold medal in the 10-meter pistol shooting. Similarly, student Himanshi secured a silver medal, and Ritika Chautiya earned the third position. Sports coordinator Shikha Kohal mentioned that all three students have been selected for the upcoming state-level competition.
